Learners, Teachers, and Homeschool Parents

If you love to learn things about America, then Land That I Love is for you.

You will learn so much about this country and its history. You will also learn about Vikings, Irish, and English.

If you teach, whether you teach history or other subjects, you will find Land That I Love includes first-rate learning principles that you can use for every school subject.

If you are a homeschool parent, then there is so much for you to easily and quickly start to use, so your children learn and remember effectively.

If you want to maximize your teaching skills or if you want to get to the bottom of why a student may not be performing at their best, then the methods you see in Win from Within will work in your situation.

It’s not just for business success; it’s for any situation where personal performance can and should be improved.

If you have students who do not perform at their best, there will be ideas for them to think about and steps to take that they will discover in Quietly Confident to help them grow in confidence, feel good about themselves, and to perform at a higher level.

All that matters is that you want better results.

ACED Coaching Model

The ACED coaching model reflects the broader needs of a successful business operation.

The principle behind ACED

Many people who go to work every day are goal-oriented, so the model enables and encourages them to achieve total success.

Many others do not feel competitive, and do not always relate to the idea of achieving goals.

Some people see themselves more as problem-solvers or efficient processors rather than goal achievers. In addition, some new employees and team members are more focused on learning what is required of them so they can do a ‘good job’. Others are just trying to be effective team members who can perform to high standards without constant management supervision.

ACED’s 3 Parts

Our broader approach to high performance is, therefore, more inclusive and brings out the best in everyone.

The three elements are:

Integrated within ACED is the need for performance to be reviewed and assessed.

Many organizations adopt both informal and formal appraisals. Our book, Great Appraisal , delivers a 10-step plan for employees and team members to get the recognition, pay, and prospects they want and deserve.

Performing well in new situations, feeling less confident than is ideal, or if you have a child who has not yet developed that inner strength was the driving force behind Quietly Confident .The book takes the reader through a simple sequence to make confidence a habit.

Excellence and Exceptionalism for Everyone

As well as writing business books, training programs, legal books, articles, and blogs for our clients, we decided that achieving excellence can, and should, begin much sooner.

Tony Gillen’s passion is history. Over the years, he has heard too many people say they don’t like history, so he merged two things:

That is the basis of Land That I Love.

The idea is to use the three actions for studying history to enable young students to:

Be Knowledgeable

Be Confident

Become Exceptional
